Per the instructions of the mortgage company, we will inspect the interior of the property and the exterior of the property to determine the condition of it. We’ll note all new and pre-existing damage and the damage’s location. If we aren’t able to gain entry to the property, we’ll detail why our keys won’t work in the inspection comment section. We’ll follow the instructions on the form and in the guidelines.
