Drive By/No Contact

We will not make contact with the homeowner, but we may contact a neighbor to confirm occupancy or vacancy. We will make sure not to discuss any information with the neighbor, neither will we leave a call back card with anyone at the property – unless stated otherwise on the form or by the mortgage company. We’ll be sure to follow all instructions set for on the inspection form or guidelines.
